1.滅火器的檢驗和維修應由有關技術人員負責。

2.送修的每次滅火器數量不得超過計算單元配置的滅火器總數的1/4。在超過時，應選用同型號、同運行方式的滅火器代替，替代滅火器的滅火等級不得小于原配置滅火器。

滅火器的修理報廢

1.有機械損傷、明顯銹蝕、滅火劑泄漏、打開使用過或符合其它維修條件的滅火器，應及時修理。

b)干粉滅火器--10年；
b) Dry powder fire extinguisher - 10 years;
c)潔凈氣體滅火器--10年；

d)二氧化碳滅火器和貯氣瓶--12年。
d) Carbon dioxide fire extinguishers and gas cylinders - 12 years.
2.發生下列情況之一的滅火器應當報廢：

標志模糊不清；
The sign is ambiguous;
氣瓶(筒體)已燒壞；
The gas cylinder (cylinder) has been burnt out;
氣瓶(筒體)有嚴重變形；
Serious deformation of gas cylinder (cylinder);
氣瓶(筒體)外部涂層的脫落面積大于氣瓶(筒體)總面積的三分之一；
The falling off area of the external coating of the gas cylinder (cylinder) is greater than one third of the total area of the gas cylinder (cylinder);
氣瓶(筒體)外表面、連接部位、基座上有腐蝕凹坑；
There are corrosion pits on the outer surface, connecting parts and base of the gas cylinder (cylinder);
氣瓶(筒體)有諸如錫焊、銅焊或補綴的修補痕跡；
The gas cylinder (cylinder) has repair marks such as tin welding, brazing or patching;
氣瓶(筒體)內部有銹屑或內表面有腐蝕坑；
There are rust chips inside the cylinder (cylinder) or corrosion pits on the inner surface;
水基型滅火器筒體內的防腐涂層；
Anti corrosion coating in water-based fire extinguisher cylinder;
3.氣瓶(筒體)連接線有損壞；
3. the connecting line of gas cylinder (cylinder) is damaged;
氣瓶(筒體)水壓試驗不符合6.5.2規定；
The hydrostatic test of gas cylinder (cylinder) does not comply with the provisions of 6.5.2;
未遵守防火產品市場準入制度的；
Failing to comply with the market access system for fire protection products;
被不合法的維修機構修理；
Being repaired by an illegal maintenance organization;
法律或法規明確禁止使用的。
