1）雨淋報警閥安裝前必須進行密封試驗，試驗步驟是：二倍額定工作壓力的靜水壓保持五分鐘后，無滲漏變形，自鎖和復位機構性能可靠，并仔細閱讀使用說明書，對照工作環境溫度、施工要求和介質等是否符合，方可投入安裝。
1) The sealing test must be carried out before the installation of the deluge alarm valve. The test steps are as follows: after the hydrostatic pressure of twice the rated working pressure is maintained for five minutes, there is no leakage and deformation, and the performance of the self-locking and resetting mechanism is reliable. Read the operation manual carefully and check whether the working environment temperature, construction requirements and media meet the requirements before it can be put into installation.
2）安裝前，供水系統和自動噴水滅火系統管網的管路，必須進行試壓沖洗，驗收合格方能安裝，安裝位置應考慮維修、保養的空間、便于操作。有冰凍的地區，雨淋報警閥應安裝在有通風設備的室內，保證管路不會被凍住。
2) Before installation, the pipelines of water supply system and automatic sprinkler system pipe network must be pressure tested and flushed, and can be installed only after passing the acceptance. 3）本閥應垂直安裝在相應的管路上，雨淋報警閥通管道兩頭，宜各安裝一臺帶有啟閉信號的消防蝶閥，便于操作，維修和調試。本公司有ZSXF·D型的手動蝸輪傳動的信號蝶閥配套。

1）排水試驗：
1) Drainage test:
先查看雨淋報警閥排水閥在關閉時供水壓力表的讀數并作出記錄，然后緩慢打開，應有穩定的水流出，此時讀數略有下降但穩定，記錄兩讀數的差，反復測量幾次，其差不大，說明供水正常，如果相差太大，說明供水管路不暢，重新檢查有否堵塞。
First check the reading of the water supply pressure gauge when the deluge alarm valve and drain valve are closed and make a record. Then open it slowly and there should be stable water outflow. At this time, the reading decreases slightly but is stable. Record the difference between the two readings and measure it repeatedly for several times. The difference is not big, indicating that the water supply is normal. If the difference is too big, indicating that the water supply pipeline is not smooth, recheck whether it is blocked.
2）報警試驗：

關閉報警管路的球閥，打開報警試驗球閥，供水管路水直接流入水力警鈴，此時水力警鈴應發出聲音報警，壓力開關應有動作。試驗后打關閉，恢復原狀。
Close the ball valve of the alarm pipeline, open the alarm test ball valve, and the water in the water supply pipeline directly flows into the hydraulic alarm bell.
