1）雨淋報警閥或預作用報警閥的電磁閥入口處未安裝過濾器，水中雜質會影響電磁閥的啟閉；
1) No filter is installed at the inlet of solenoid valve of deluge alarm valve or pre action alarm valve, and impurities in water will affect the opening and closing of solenoid valve;
2）與其它報警閥并聯安裝的雨淋報警閥或預作用報警閥，其控制腔進水管路入口未安裝止回閥，當報警閥入口水壓產生波動時，可能引起其他雨淋報警閥或預作用報警閥的誤動作；
2) For deluge alarm valve or pre action alarm valve installed in parallel with other alarm valves, check valve is not installed at the inlet of the water inlet pipe of the control chamber. When the water pressure at the inlet of the alarm valve fluctuates, it may cause misoperation of other deluge alarm valves or pre action alarm valves;
3）雨淋報警閥或預作用報警閥組的復位閥，在系統正常運行時設在常開狀態，造成報警閥防復位功能失效，甚還會導致報警閥無法正常開啟，無法供水滅火；
3) The reset valve of deluge alarm valve or pre action alarm valve group is set to the normally open state during the normal operation of the system, which causes the failure of the anti reset function of the alarm valve, and even causes the alarm valve to fail to open normally and cannot supply water for fire fighting;
4）預作用報警閥組配套的空壓機組、空氣維持裝置安裝不符合要求；

5）安裝在噴淋保護現場的報警閥組，未設置防護圍欄和警示標志，容易被碰撞甚損壞；

6）報警閥組安裝高度太低或太高，操作不方便；報警閥安裝部位室內地面未設置排水設施；

8）報警閥進出口的控制閥采用普通渦輪蝶閥，且未設置鎖定閥位的鎖具；

9）自動噴水滅火系統設置2個及以上報警閥組，未采用環狀供水管道；
