在實際應用中,壽命、可調查范圍和靈敏度是選擇一個佳壓力或溫度開關的關鍵。開關工作時間或循環(huán)動作次數(shù)及壽命是很重要的,振動、沖擊、過程溫度和超壓都會降低傳感器的壽命。除非有說明時真空啟動不影響傳感器的功能,高的電壓會減小微動開關的壽命。沖擊、振動等苛刻的環(huán)境條件也會影響壓力開關的壽命。
