(1)組合分配系統中聯動控制系統接線錯誤，使啟動裝置、選擇閥、防護區未形成應有的對應關系。如誤將防護區一的聯動啟動線路接防護區二的啟動裝置上，導致防護區一發生火災時滅火劑反而噴放到防護區二中，從而導致滅火失敗。
(1) The wiring error of the linkage control system in the combined distribution system has not resulted in a proper correspondence between the starting device, selector valve, and protection zone. (11)施工時未按照規范要求設置管道支吊架，為節省成本隨意減少支吊架的數量，導致系統在噴放時管道震動。嚴重時會造成管網脫落。
