《火災自動報警系統設計規范》(GB 50116-2013)有關規定：

3.4.8消防控制室內設備的布置應符合下列規定：

1設備面盤前的操作距離，單列布置時不應小于1.5m；雙列布置時不應小于2m。

The operating distance in front of the equipment panel should not be less than 1.5m when arranged in a single row; When arranged in double rows, it should not be less than 2m.

2在值班人員經常工作的一面，設備面盤墻的距離不應小于3m。

On the side where the duty personnel frequently work, the distance between the equipment panel and the wall should not be less than 3m.

3設備面盤后的維修距離不宜小于1m。

The maintenance distance behind the 3 equipment panel should not be less than 1m.

4設備面盤的排列長度大于4m時，其兩端應設置寬度不小于1m的通道。

When the arrangement length of the 4 equipment panels is greater than 4m, channels with a width of no less than 1m should be set at both ends.

5與建筑其他弱電系統合用的消防控制室內，消防設備應集中設置，并應與其他設備間有明顯間隔。

6.1.3火災報警控制器和消防聯動控制器安裝在墻上時，其主顯示屏高度宜為1.5m～1.8m，其靠近門軸的側面距墻不應小于0.5m，正面操作距離不應小于1.2m。

3.3.1火災報警控制器、消防聯動控制器、火災顯示盤、控制中心監控設備、家用火災報警控制器、消防電話總機、可燃氣體報警控制器、電氣火災監控設備、防火門監控器、消防設備電源監控器、消防控制室圖形顯示裝置、傳輸設備、消防應急廣播控制裝置等控制與顯示類設備的安裝應符合下列規定：

3.3.1 The installation of control and display equipment such as fire alarm controllers, fire linkage controllers, fire display panels, control center monitoring equipment, household fire alarm controllers, fire telephone exchanges, combustible gas alarm controllers, electrical fire monitoring equipment, fire door monitors, fire equipment power monitors, fire control room graphic display devices, transmission equipment, and fire emergency broadcast control devices should comply with the following regulations:

1應安裝牢固，不應傾斜；

1. It should be installed firmly and should not tilt;

2安裝在輕質墻上時，應采取加固措施；

When installed on lightweight walls, reinforcement measures should be taken;

3落地安裝時，其底邊宜高出地（樓）面100mm～200mm。

When installing on the ground, the bottom edge should be 100mm~200mm higher than the ground (floor) surface.

應對措施：

Response measures:

1）設計人員應根據消防設備的布置規劃與建筑設計充分溝通，預留足夠的消防控制室面積；

1) Designers should fully communicate with the architectural design profession based on the layout plan of fire equipment, and reserve sufficient fire control room area;

2）應根據選用的產品按相關規范標準進行二次深化設計，做出詳細、準確的消防控制室設備布置大樣圖，施工單位應嚴格按照設計圖紙及規范施工。

2) The secondary deepening design should be carried out according to the selected products and relevant specifications and standards, and detailed and accurate equipment layout drawings for the fire control room should be made. The construction unit should strictly follow the design drawings and specifications for construction.
