Application method of fire signal butterfly valve:
1、打開(kāi)電器開(kāi)關(guān)箱罩，根據(jù)電器控制要求把電纜的芯線接到相應(yīng)的端子，并且密封好電纜進(jìn)口，除此之外把電纜固定，以防止外力牽動(dòng)時(shí)損壞電纜接線。
1. Open the cover of the electrical switch box, connect the core wire of the cable to the corresponding terminal according to the electrical control requirements, and seal the cable inlet. In addition, fix the cable to prevent the cable wiring from being damaged by external forces.
2、當(dāng)閥門(mén)在”全關(guān)“位置時(shí)，順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)下面的關(guān)向凸輪，是凸輪正好觸動(dòng)微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)（可以聽(tīng)到咔噠聲），接著旋緊凸輪上的螺釘固定凸輪。
2. When the valve is in the "fully closed" position, turn the lower closing cam clockwise. The cam just touches the microswitch (click can be heard), and then tighten the screw on the cam to fix the cam.
3、當(dāng)閥門(mén)在”全臺(tái)開(kāi)“位置時(shí)，逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)上面的開(kāi)向凸輪，用與上述相同的方法調(diào)整糟糕開(kāi)向凸輪。
3. When the valve is at the "full open" position, turn the upper opening cam counterclockwise and adjust the bad opening cam in the same way as above.
4、調(diào)整限位螺釘，當(dāng)閥門(mén)在”全關(guān)“或是”全臺(tái)開(kāi)“位置時(shí)，不應(yīng)使限位螺釘剛剛好頂在蝸輪的限位平面，因而應(yīng)留有一定的間隙，接著自旋緊限位螺釘上的鎖緊螺母。
4. Adjust the limit screw. When the valve is in the "fully closed" or "fully open" position, the limit screw should not be just pressed against the limit plane of the worm gear, so there should be a certain gap. Then, screw the lock nut on the limit screw.
5、蓋上電器開(kāi)關(guān)箱罩，當(dāng)閥門(mén)在”全關(guān)“位置時(shí)，使開(kāi)度指示器的指針指向刻度盤(pán)上的”0“刻度，并且旋緊螺釘固定指針。
5. Cover the electrical switch box cover. When the valve is in the "fully closed" position, make the pointer of the opening indicator point to the "0" scale on the dial, and tighten the screw to fix the pointer.
注意事項(xiàng)：

1、本蝶閥可以安裝在空間任意位置管路上。

4、蝶閥安裝前應(yīng)存放在室內(nèi)干燥處，閥板微開(kāi)4°～5°。

6、蝶閥在管路夾緊時(shí)，注意連接力是否皆勻可靠。

7、蝶閥安裝后，進(jìn)行管路強(qiáng)度試壓時(shí)，閥板必需處于開(kāi)啟位置。
