1.泵組連接處有滲漏

3.泵組不啟動

（1）故障原因分析：高壓泵接觸器未閉合；泵組停止觸點斷開；LOGO！未執行程序；電源未接通；斷水水位保護。
(1) Fault cause analysis: high pressure pump contactor is not closed; The stop contact of the pump unit is disconnected; LOGO！ The procedure is not executed; The power supply is not connected; Water cut-off level protection.
（2）故障處理：閉合接觸器；閉合泵組停止觸點；檢修LOGO！必要時更換；接通電源；恢復調節水箱水位。
(2) Fault handling: close the contactor; Close the stop contact of the pump unit; Maintenance LOGO! Replace if necessary; Power on; Restore the water level of the regulating water tank.
4.穩壓泵頻繁啟動
4. The stabilized pressure pump starts frequently
（1）故障原因分析：管道有滲漏；泄壓閥密封不好；測試閥未關緊；單向閥密封墊上粘連雜質。
(1) Fault cause analysis: the pipeline has leakage; Poor sealing of safety relief valve; The test valve is not closed tightly; Impurities are adhered on the sealing gasket of one-way valve.
（2）故障處理：管道滲漏點補漏；檢修泄壓閥；完全關閉測試閥；清洗單向閥并清潔水箱及管道。
(2) Fault treatment: repair the leakage point of the pipeline; Overhaul the safety relief valve; Completely close the test valve; Clean the check valve and water tank and pipeline.
5.穩壓泵規定時間內不能恢復壓力

（1）故障原因分析：管道內殘存空氣；管道有滲漏；高壓球閥滲漏；穩壓泵出口壓力低；穩壓泵損壞。
