1.分區控制閥不方便操作、誤操作

(1)故障原因分析:為了防止誤操作,把控制閥設置在防護區外較高處不便于操作;設置位置合適時,其他人員誤動作。

(1)故障原因分析:瓶組系統采用電磁啟動閥作為分區控制閥時,電磁啟動閥設有手動緊急啟動裝置,緊急情況時,將手動保險銷拔出,拍擊手動按鈕,即可使啟動閥動作,啟動裝置噴霧滅火。電磁啟動閥檢測合格后,動作機構的彈簧已處于壓緊待發狀態,為防止在安裝、調試及運輸過程中產生誤動作,動作機構多由輔助保險銷鎖定,在系統投入使用后容易忘記拔出保險銷,導致電磁啟動閥動作機構無法動作。
(1) Failure cause analysis: when the bottle group system uses the electromagnetic starting valve as the divisional control valve, the electromagnetic starting valve is equipped with a manual emergency starting device. In case of emergency, pull out the manual safety pin and tap the manual button to actuate the starting valve and start the device to spray fire. In order to prevent misoperation during installation, commissioning and transportation, the action mechanism is mostly locked by the auxiliary safety pin. It is easy to forget to pull out the safety pin after the system is put into use, resulting in the failure of the action mechanism of the electromagnetic start-up valve.
(2)故障處理:待系統安裝調試完畢投入使用時,須將輔助保險銷拔出,并將此項工作明確寫入使用單位的系統運行管理操作、維護規程中。

3.電動閥不動作

(1)故障原因分析:電源接線接觸不良;超出電源電壓允許范圍;閥芯內混入雜質卡死;電動裝置燒毀或短路。

4.高壓球閥滲漏

(1)故障原因分析:管道內水有雜質割傷密封墊;手柄緊定六角螺絲松動;O型圈損壞。
