Article 28 of the new fire protection law stipulates that no unit or individual shall occupy, block or close evacuation passages, emergency exits and fire engine passages. Doors and windows in densely populated places shall not be provided with obstacles affecting escape and fire fighting and rescue. In case of violation of these Provisions, according to Article 60 of the new fire control law, the unit that violates the provisions of this Law shall be ordered to make corrections and be fined not less than 5000 yuan but not more than 50000 yuan. If an individual violates these Provisions, he shall be given a warning or be fined not more than 500 yuan. The occupied fire passage in the community can be divided into the following situations:

1、私人車輛占用。私人車輛占用消防車輛是小區(qū)消防車道阻塞的Z主要因素，由于小區(qū)停車場不夠或者收費(fèi)昂貴，很多業(yè)主都將車停在小區(qū)消防通道，這樣往往延遲消防救援黃金時(shí)間，給發(fā)生火災(zāi)的業(yè)主造成重大損失。
